Our Monaco office is recruiting for a

MANAGER SPA CENTER

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 2 year experience in Massages (Thai Massage amongst others), cosmetics, Drainage and Hydro Therapy, Manicure and Pedicure;
• Personal Management
• Product presentation und Sales (Service orientated);
• Hair-Styling experience;
• Good in German and English. French (preferably);
• Good Computer knowledge in Word and Excel;

Work tasks:

• Responsibility (planning and controlling) for Massages, Beauty Treatments und Presentation of all Beauty Products (also in Shop);
• Organization und giving Massages and Beauty directions for passengers;
• Daily Quality Check - Coordination and orderings of treatment products and Utensils for SPA Center and Shop, together with Shop Manager und Assistant Purser;
• Competent Training, Support und evaluation of colleagues;
• Appliance of USPH and HACCP Standards in all of Spa Area;
• Integration of the team und supporting Cruise- und Hotel Director when necessary (i.e. evening program);

Aims:

• Professional Management and guidance of SPA Center and 2 colleagues;
• Abidance of STAR CLIPPERS Hotel Concept in SPA Area in coherence with Cruise Director;
